Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in Asotin, WA. This contract position runs from August 27, 2025, to June 12, 2026, and involves working closely with a diverse student population, primarily focusing on elementary needs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Asotin, WA
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate students communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Conduct therapy sessions for a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
