Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Bilingual in Spanish (for two positions); monolingual applicants are also welcome to apply
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to submit their applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Location:
- Aurora, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
- Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with best practices and school policies
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
