Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in a K-12 school environment, particularly with preschool and middle school students
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct assessments and evaluations
- Experience managing a varied caseload
Location:
Aurora, IL
Responsibilities:
- Support the language development of approximately 30 students across an Early Learning Center and a Middle School
- Create and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor and report on student progress related to IEP goals
- Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and parents to enhance student outcomes
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and prepare necessary reports
