An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide essential speech-language pathology services in an elementary school setting. Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with preschool to first-grade students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders and relevant intervention strategies
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Location:

• Bolingbrook, IL

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and maintain appropriate IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students goals
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and document outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive support system
• Manage a caseload of 45 to 55 students, primarily in preschool through first grade
