Job Description
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming 25/26 school year in Boston, MA. This contract role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, with caseload placement based on SLP experience. There are 13 openings available.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred, as approximately 70% of the student population is bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students demonstrating speech and language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with regulatory and district guidelines
