Job Description
A Speech Language Pathologist is sought for the 2025-2026 school year in Boulder City, NV, serving a diverse K-12 student population. This role is designed for professionals committed to enhancing the communication skills of students from preschool through 12th grade.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate with educational teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Location:
- Boulder City, NV, with assignments across various schools in the Las Vegas area
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Manage a caseload of 45-50 students
