Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC).
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy (SLP - Pediatrics).
- Familiarity with behavioral interventions and support strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in school settings preferred.
Location:
- Based in Brockton, MA, serving a K-12 school community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to students, utilizing pull-out therapy models as needed.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with students' needs.
- Collaborate with behavior specialists and support staff to create comprehensive support plans.
- Participate in training sessions on restraint policies and behavioral management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
