An opportunity has emerged for a skilled professional to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This role is focused on providing comprehensive speech and language services to help students achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision experience is a plus
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location: Bucyrus, OH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual evaluations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
- Provide direct speech and language therapy and support within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall educational plans for students
