Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in K-12 settings, particularly with elementary students
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and parents

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students overall development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school
