An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional to provide essential speech therapy services within a K-12 educational setting. This role, based in Castle Dale, UT, focuses on supporting students with diverse communication needs for the current and upcoming school year.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in SLP or related field
- Valid state licensure as a SLP
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
Location: Castle Dale, UT
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
