Location: Chandler, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs, focusing on articulation and communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- AZ fingerprint card for background checks.
- Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
