Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary students
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of IEPs and related educational policies

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language assistance
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Engage with families to promote understanding and involvement in their childs development
