Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-8 students
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and their impact on learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments to determine student needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 40 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Develop and maintain IEPs, ensuring they reflect student progress and needs
- Conduct consultative sessions with staff regarding students speech and language development
- Plan and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
