Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in healthcare settings and/or teletherapy
- Proficient in working with pediatric populations
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- knowledge of contemporary therapy techniques
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive student support
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
