A full-time opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide specialized SLP services in an onsite K-12 school setting located in Claremont, NH. This role is essential in supporting students with diverse communication needs, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary tools to thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric SLP, preferably in school settings
- Familiarity with healthcare-related speech therapy practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Claremont, NH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for students requiring speech and language support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals within the classroom
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
