Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies in the classroom.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
