Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and effective intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of student progress and services.
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and education.
