ProCare Therapy is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with elementary and middle school students in Coatesville, PA. This position involves individual and group therapy, limited evaluations, and case management responsibilities in a supportive school environment.

Position Overview:

• Location: Coatesville, PA
• Schedule: Full-time
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students, grades 1st-8th
• Therapy Model: Individual and group therapy sessions
• Evaluations: Limited, with a focus on direct therapy
• Indirect Work: Responsible for 4th quarter progress reports, minimal IEP writing
• Case Management: Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Prepare progress reports and collaborate with school staff
• Participate in case management duties as needed
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania SLP license required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
