A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is sought for a part-time position in an engaging elementary school environment in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K-6th grade caseload, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Key Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings (SLP - School)
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Location: Columbus, OH - Elementary School
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation of services provided
