Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders
- Commitment to collaborative practices within an educational team
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
- Provide direct services and monitor student outcomes to ensure effective intervention
