Job Description

Experienced professionals are sought for part-time positions in Rowlett and Sunnyvale, TX, within an engaging elementary school environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
• Deliver instruction and intervention primarily focused on articulation and language delays.
• Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas SLP license with ASHA CCC.
• Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of speech and language development in children.
• Ability to work effectively with a varied student caseload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to pass a background check and work on-site.
