Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
  • Experience in school-based settings, particularly with Pre-K to 5th-grade students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and utilizing relevant therapy techniques.

Location: Dalton, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time caseload of students ranging from Pre-K to 5th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and execute tailored therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities and determine ongoing needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with IEP requirements.
