Job Description
Engagement in the role of a Speech-Language Pathologist offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of elementary students. This position is designed for the full semester, focusing on providing dedicated and in-person speech services five days a week.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Conduct therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals, ensuring effective communication strategies are taught.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
