Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP or CFY eligible
- Bilingual in Spanish (for 2 positions)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress
- Manage a caseload of 35-40 elementary students
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services
