Job Description

Exciting opportunity for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to contribute to the educational development of students in a supportive K-12 environment. This position is based in Desert Hot Springs, CA, for the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on empowering students with communication challenges.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Prior experience working in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Experience supervising clinical fellows is a plus.

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Maintain records of student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students communication goals.
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
