Exciting opportunity for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to contribute to the educational development of students in a supportive K-12 environment. This position is based in Desert Hot Springs, CA, for the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on empowering students with communication challenges.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience working in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Experience supervising clinical fellows is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Maintain records of student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students communication goals.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
