Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
- Valid Ohio state license or eligibility to obtain one
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary to middle school students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with education staff and families
Location:
- Dublin, Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding students communication skills
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows as required
