Qualifications:
- Active Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with diverse needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Location:
Easton, MD
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students, designing tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
