Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and treatment strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
- Conduct IEP meetings and advocate for necessary services.
- Provide direct therapy and support to students on your caseload.
