Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP
- Masters degree in SLP or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficient in applying various therapeutic techniques
Location: Eugene, OR
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate comprehensive support
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
