An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional skilled in providing speech-language pathology services within a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position focuses on supporting students across elementary and high school levels, addressing a diverse range of communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a Specialty Certificate (CCC)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of developmental speech and language milestones
- Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a varied caseload
Location:
- Everett, WA
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Conduct IEP meetings and provide ongoing support to students and families.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students across elementary and high school levels.
