Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged populations, particularly in K-12 settings
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with education policies and practices
Location: Findlay, OH
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans (IEPs) to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
