- Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in accordance with IEP requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
