Location: Forney, TX

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 50 students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and IEP compliance.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding student health and education.
• Proficient in developing IEPs and conducting assessments.
