Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
- Deliver direct therapy services based on a structured workload model, ensuring effective support.
- Maintain accurate service logs for Medicaid as required.
- Collaborate with fellow SLPs and assist in training new staff on IEP software and processes.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to discuss student progress and strategy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
- Valid Indiana teaching certificate.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably in a school setting.
- Familiarity with IEP processes and Medicaid documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
