Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy
- Proficient in working with school-aged children
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech-language therapy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide necessary reports and recommendations
