Job Description
This role is based within an elementary school setting in Fremont, CA. The position is designed for individuals seeking to make a meaningful improvement on the lives of young students through targeted speech and language interventions. This contract will include the ESY and the NSY dates 06/12/25 - 07/11/25 & 08/11/25 - 06/05/26
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-age students
- Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location: Fremont, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a caseload of 30 elementary students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions that promote communication skills
