Qualifications:
- Certified (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with autistic populations
- Proficient in using and implementing AAC devices and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Location:
- Fremont, California
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored speech and language treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance communication skills
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of 25-27 students, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing evaluations and documentation of student progress
