Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with or knowledge of school settings, particularly K-12
- Familiarity with working with students with varying speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location: Fremont, OH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language services.
- Develop and maintain IEPs, ensuring they reflect each student's unique goals and progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records as per compliance regulations.
