Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Skilled in working with students with diverse needs (SLP-School experience)
- Experience with assessment and treatment planning for K-12 students
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current speech and language therapy practices
Location:
- Friendswood, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and strategies for support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
