Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Georgia PSC Teaching Certification or eligibility to receive it at the start of the school year
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in elementary settings, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Gainesville, GA - Elementary School
Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, assessment, and intervention for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
- Deliver services in accordance with the school schedule, ensuring a consistent and effective support system
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
