Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience or training in school-based settings
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students communication needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate student records
- Engage and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
