Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of school-based Speech Therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Harvest, AL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions and outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
