Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload across multiple sites
- Proficiency in developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
- Henderson, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate communication goals within the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to parents regarding their child's therapeutic goals
