Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Proficiency in developing individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement appropriate IEPs tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students communication goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and strategies for support.
