A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is sought for a part-time position in Indianapolis, IN, focusing on middle and high school students. This role involves providing essential communication support to a diverse caseload of 30 students with varying needs, from mild to severe.
Qualifications:
- ASHA CCC preferred.
- Active Indiana teaching certification and SLP license.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within educational settings.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Location: Indianapolis, IN - On-site position at a high school.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to assigned students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
