Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF)
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in collaborating with educational staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation for IEPs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs
