Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP or CF-SLP credentials
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively
- Familiarity with educational settings and policies
Location: Jennings, LA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in accordance with IEP requirements.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students' overall development.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs.
