Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with high school students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous experience with high school caseloads preferred
Location: Johnston, RI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP requirements
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
- Manage a part-time caseload, providing services two days a week
