Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status or hold an SLP license.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Location:
- Kelso, WA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service hours.
- Facilitate communication between students, staff, and families regarding students needs and progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and interventions.
- Supervise and support clinical fellows as required.
