Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status or hold an SLP license.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Location:

  • Kelso, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service hours.
  • Facilitate communication between students, staff, and families regarding students needs and progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and interventions.
  • Supervise and support clinical fellows as required.
