Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population while making a lasting impact on their communication and social skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with IEP teams.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active [Insert State] Speech-Language Pathology License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
